Gina Mayes Harris has over 20 years of professional real estate experience providing both buyers and sellers with award winning service. A native of Davidson, with family roots dating back to the late 1700's, Gina has a thorough professional knowledge of the Charlotte metro real estate market, including the towns of Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Lake Norman and Mooresville. Well known for her reputation for attention to detail, Gina is an expert at handling complex home and land real estate transactions in a friendly and hassle-free manner. Shortly after graduating from Lenoir-Rhyne College with a BA in Communications, Gina developed a passion for real estate. She quickly became extremely successful in directing the sales activities for area communities, before forming her own team and company. Her passion also extends to serving others by giving back to the community through church and civic organizations. When Gina is not busy with clients or her family, you will find her cheering on the Carolina Panthers and Davidson Wildcats.
Linda Angele is our Buyer's Agent, focusing solely on providing our buyers with the best possible buying experience in seeking their new home. A licensed realtor since 2005, Linda also has 17 years of prior experience as a mortgage lending officer. Her in-depth knowledge of the mortgage loan application and approval process, allows her to effectively assist buyers in today’s complex mortgage market. Linda is committed to understanding both the needs and desires of her clients and ensuring the buying experience is a smooth and satisfying experience.
Linda earned a BBA from University of Miami and has lived in the Lake Norman area for the past 14 years. She enjoys playing golf, preparing gourmet meals and spending time her free time with her husband, Ray, and daughter, Jenn.
Luke Mayes is our Buyer Agent and Director of First Impressions. A licensed broker since 2007, Luke provides support for all team members including marketing and technical assistance and also performs various brokerage activities. He makes sure the home buying process runs as smooth as possible for everyone involved and is a magnet to working with real estate agents. He has lived in Huntersville for 24 years and knows the area very well.Luke attended Montreat College on a baseball and academic scholarship and received his BS in Business Administration in 2006. While at Montreat, he was selected to the Academic All-Conference and Academic All-America baseball teams. He is currently pursuing an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In his free time, Luke enjoys working out and playing golf.
Tom Ingram joined Mayes Harris Realty in June 2009 as a Buyer Agent and provides web site support for the team. Tom has over 26 years in new home construction, land development and real estate sales serving all price points. Tom, also a licensed NC General Contractor, brings to our team a strong knowledge of residential design, construction and land acquisition. His in-depth knowledge of homes and the building process allows us to effectively assist our clients in their new home experience. Tom is committed to understanding each customer's unique needs and providing an outstanding customer experience. Tom is a NC native and is knowledgeable of the markets across the state. He attended Guilford College in Greensboro. Tom is active in the Charlotte Home Builders Association and currently serves as co-chairman of Home Aid, a non-profit group which focuses on serving the emergency housing needs of the homeless in Charlotte. Tom's favorite pastime is photography, golf, mountain biking and spending time with family.

Daune Morris is our Marketing and Closing Director. Daune, a stickler for details and accuracy, ensuring your home or land is properly represented in every facet of our marketing program, including the internet, our Mayes Harris Realty website, the local MLS and publications. The closing process can be intimidating for any buyer or seller, as they are busy planning their move or relocation. Daune is there to serve you. She manages the details of your closing process with you and your closing attorney, lender, real estate agent and home inspector. If any repairs are needed she assists in helping to coordinate repair services. Daune keeps the office organized and is ready to serve you.
Daune holds an MBA and BS, and has over 20 years marketing experience. She knows the Lake Norman area well, having lived in the area for the past 14 years. Daune enjoys her free time with her husband, John, and school-age children, Lauren and Jack, as well as running and biking.
