Next Level Living, Today's Guide for Tomorrow's Abundant Life

by Mayes Harris Team

I have been working with Linda McLean, a business and life coach for the past few years, and have found my sessions with her to be extremely valuable for setting goals, making plans and implementing them in my business and personal life. Linda is the owner of McLean International. I find her advice and positive inspiration to be a driving force behind my success.  I’m so happy to announce that she has written and released her new book, Next Level Living, Today's Guide for Tomorrow's Abundant Life.  I’ve already purchased my copy, and highly recommend that you check out her website and her book.

I'm honored

On February 10, 2012 all Re/Max real estate agents and executives from North and South Carolina gathered at the Westin Hotel in Charlotte for the CELEBRATE EXCELLENCE at the Re/Max Carolinas Region Awards Gala.  I was awarded 5th place for Gross Commissions Individual for North Carolina 2011 and Platinum Club for 2011.  I am the number one agent in Charlotte office of Re/Max Metro.  I’m so happy and proud, and was so touched to receive this honor.

Here are some photos from that evening:

The Donald in our very own Lake Norman?

by Mayes Harris Team

The Point located off Brawley School Road along Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC, features exclusive living at its best.  Inspired by Nantucket architecture, The Village Green, Meeting House, General Store, Tavern and Family Activities Village make this a beautiful place to live and play.  The Point offers distinctive and elegant homes on large lots in a serene setting with lakefront, waterfront and fairways views.

Check out my new listing at The Point:    You could live on the most prestigious street in the community, and enjoy the breath-taking view from the master bedroom.  It’s like being on permanent vacation!

The 18-hole lakeside golf course designed by the legendary Greg Norman, is the crown jewel of The Point Lake and Golf Club.  In March, this golf course could be re-named Trump National Golf Club, if the famous real estate mogul gets his way.

The front page of today’s Charlotte Observer gives the details:

Some residents fear that this will mean tax and homeowners association rate hikes.  Others welcome the infusion of cash to make this an even better and more exclusive golf course and residential area.  What are your thoughts?
