Another Success Story!

by Mayes Harris Team

I want to celebrate the closing of a short sale property in River Run. Here I am with Curt and Ann Adams...proud homeowners of a new home. I was fortunate to work with both the buyers and sellers on this transaction as a dual agent. It took 18 months and 8 offers to actually close the property. It was a quest by all parties. It is a beautiful home! Patience with the lenders led to SUCCESS AND A HAPPY ending.

Strong Home Prices

by Mayes Harris Team

Inman News, the real estate industry’s premiere news publication, states that home prices are showing strong growth in the past few months.  We are seeing similar trends here in NC and in the Charlotte-metro area, which is good news for everyone.  I see more construction of homes and commercial properties, I see more building of infrastructure around in Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville, and I think the overall trend is going in the right direction.  I’ve been busy listing and selling homes, and helping other find homes to buy. I’m hopeful that this upward trend will continue.

TRI-family!

by Mayes Harris Team

I am so proud of my husband!  He has been training really hard, and just did two triathlons in the last several weeks.  First, he did the Tri at the Lake Norman Y, and then he did another triathlon down at the beach, and did better than the first one.  I really admire his dedication, determination and abilities.  It’s been really fun to be a part of this process – Alot Sports, a Davidson-based company, has given us these cool shirts, and now take a look at this promotional photo featuring none other than that athletic husband of mine!  It’s been fun to cheer him on – we look forward to future races!
